How do place an ad on the site?
First you need to register using a valid e mail address. Once you have done this, login to the site using the user name and password you created when registering. Then go to the "place a swap" tab. You will be asked to select the location of the property. Click on the area you wish to place your ad. You will then have a choice of Bedsit / Flat / House / Maisonette / Other. So for example your property is a flat, then you will choose flat. Next step you will be asked to fill in your ad details.
Title: for example 2 bedroom flat.
Rent: here you put how much your rent is for a week.
Description: Here you tell others about your home. Say as much as you can. For example - Near schools, shops, bus route.
The condition your home is in: newly decorated or needs some rooms decorated, newly fitted kitchen, etc.
Phone: Here you can place your phone number for members to contact you but we advise you not to give a phone number until
you are sure the person interested is genuine.

Adding An Image
Photos must be in JPG/JPEG format. Best results are obtained if size is approximately 640x480.
Adding images helps you get your swap noticed.

Contacting Members
When you registered you added an e mail address. This should be a genuine e mail address as this is how you will receive your messages from members who are interested in swapping with you or would like to ask you a question about your swap. All messages go directly to your e mail address. Please Note some e mails may go to your junk mail so please check your junk box or better still add us to your friends list in your e mail box so that you don't miss any messages.
